The RS21DCNS is Samsungs leading American Style Fridge Freezer. With a gorgeous silver exterior and integrated chilled water and ice dispenser.
To ensure that your food is kept at optimum temperature the RS21DCNS includes an electronic temperature control, the front mounted integrated digital display allows you to check that the temperature is at your desired level.
If you have children then you’ll be pleased to know that the unit comes with a child lock to stop those unwanted little hands finding their way to your favourite dish or beer collection! The silver nano antibacterial interior helps keep your fridge freezer clean and free from harmful bacteria.
Never worry about losing food due to accidently leaving the door open again, the door alarm sounds to make sure that this type of mistake does not happen.
The fridge section has a gross capacity of 12.3 cu ft. The powercool function will ensure that you get your items that you’ve just dragged home from the supermarket chilled back down to temperature quickly. The 4 glass shelves are fully adjustable and feature Samsungs ‘spillproof’ technology to make spillages a doddle to clean up.

We bought a Samsung side by side refrigerator in 2005. Model number RS21DCNS – Serial number 854043CX901131D. We are constantly having this appliance repaired – it continues to leak – can you help.
The water dispenser is continually freezing up and I have to unplug the appliance overnight to free it up. The fridge temperature is at 5 and the freezer temperature is at -18. What is the solution to this.

the fridge is nice ! but i have one that broke down since march mth.the technician change the main power board and the panel display board and the fridge still wont come on.just have a part of the tempture display lit,and makes a click when u plug it in.i really need some advice so i can have this fridge working again.please ask ur technician for some advice for me.
We purchased one of these (RS21DCNS) and have a re-occuring problem that the fridge circulation fan ices up and stops working. Originally thought that this was due to a faulty de frost heater, changed this, but problem persists. We live with this, regularly defrosting the fridge to clear the problem… not great,,seems to be a latent design fault.
Any suggestions to restore my confidence in Samsung products?

I bought Samsung fridge freezer same as above in London and took it to Cyprus. Its giving me a problem, freezer is working +12 and fridge side is cooling +1. Try to repair it twice but still same problem. I was wonderring is it the weather Cyprus is 35c hot??

Hi i have a fridge model rs21dcns and very happy with it until now.It is making a terrible noise sounds like the fan inside has a dry bearing am i able to strip the rear lighting panel and plastic trim out with no problems.i am a good hands on person.please can you advise me thanks glenn

WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON FAULT FOR THE RS21 DCNS FRIDGE FREEZER NOT KEEPING COOL ON FRIDGE BUT OK ON FREEZER?
FRIDGE TEMPERATURE ON PANEL SHOWING 19 INSTEAD OF 1-7c AND WILL NOT SWITCH TO A DESIRED SET TEMPERATURE.
FRIDGE FREEZER WAS INSTALLED BY PATIO DOOR AND WAS EXPOSED TO HIGH TEMPERATURE DURING SUMMER MONTHS FOR OVER 2 YEARS. COULD THIS BE THE CAUSE AND IF SO, WHAT PART DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM?
Avoid this model at all costs, we have had ours for 5 years and repaired in excess of 20 times and I have taken to ordering the parts and repairing it myself, the fridge freezes up every 2-4 weeks without fail, temp sensor and defrost element replaced god knows how many times, fan replace 3-4 times, the whole fan housing replaced 2-3 times due to insulation breaking after having to repair it so many times. The repair costs since the warranty ran out are enough to have repleced the whole twice over. so it’s going to fridge heaven, not all bad for Samsung as we love the styling of their fridges and we have replaced it with the lastest model RSH7UNPN, it’s being delivered on saturday, I hope to god this one works and stays working

brought a samsungrs21dcns a couple years ago developed noise from cooling fan samsung were brilliant andsent engineer to changed faulty part but less year later same thing (ON SONS WEDDING WEEK WITH FREEZER FULL OF FOOD) happened hoping samsung will fix again and advise best way to stop happening again

Dear Samsung – really like this fridge however have problems changing water filter and now fridge temperature seems too warm. No mater how much I adjust the temperature on the panel or add power cool, it’s not right.
