I purchased a Samsung graphite RL38SBTB Fridge Freezer in January of 2010 from Currys on line. The fridge has stopped cooling completely. Can you:
1. Please send a copy of the operating manual by e-mail as I cannot locate it.
2. Advise on possible de-bugging actions I can take on my own.
3. Should these fail please advise of the path forward.

I need to buy a spare parts for my fridge and i was told to contact sumsung call centre by my shop. i called sumsung call centre and there are off no help to me. there did give me some address in kampung melaya subang and i could not find the place. I am suprise that your call centre don”n know the phone telephone number of the shop but there can give me the address. I wonder how you all work.
I was originally very pleased with this unit I bought in 2011 as I have been with other Samsung products. However, doubts started to creep in about 18 months after I bought it when little things started to happen like finding pools of water on the floor. Now the fridge has packed up altogether, although the freezer part still works.
Very disappointed with Samsung, up to now I thought their quality control was excellent. Will have to think twice about putting too much faith in their brands.
I bought this model 3 years ago and the fridge is not working bu the freezer is overcold. People say is the air damper dirty or so. Where is the air damper in this model?
